摘 要:为实现印钞厂综合废水回收利用,解决中空纤维有机膜MBR技术难点,本文采用陶瓷平板膜MBR技术对印钞综合废水进行处理,研究该工艺对化学需氧量、氨氮和浊度的处理效果,以及在稳定运行条件下,陶瓷平板膜跨膜压差变化情况。结果表明:陶瓷平板膜MBR技术抗冲击能力强,出水水质稳定,COD出水浓度基本稳定在30 mg/L以下,NH_(3)-N的去除率达到80%以上,出水浊度小于0.26NTU,满足厂区回用水要求,为该类废水回收利用提供可靠的技术依据。To achieve banknote printing wastewater recycling works and solve the technical difficulties of hollow fiber organic membrane MBR,the plate ceramic membrane MBR technology was used to treat banknote printing wastewater in this paper,researching the treatment effect on COD,ammonia nitrogen and turbidity,and the change of TMP under stable operating conditions.The results show that the plate ceramic membrane MBR technology has strong impact resistance and stable effluent quality,COD effluent concentration is basically stable below 30 mg/L,NH_(3)-N removal rate reaches more than 80%,and effluent turbidity is less than 0.26NTU,which meet reuse water requirements,providing a reliable technical basis for the recycling of this kind wastewater.
