摘 要:近期研究逐渐认识到胎盘微环境对人类健康和发展的影响,但由于对胎盘的研究尚不够深入,胎盘的功能仍很难评估。超声成像技术具有筛查胎盘功能不全相关疾病的能力,能够改善对复杂产科疾病的监测和治疗。本文对目前可用于评估胎盘功能的临床和临床前期超声检查方法进行综述,重点介绍新兴成像模式,这些新兴技术对胎盘的多模式功能和分子成像具有较高的对比度和敏感度,为开发新的评估胎盘功能的超声影像系统提供指导。More and more people have realized the influence of placental microenvironment on human health and development, but the function of placenta is still difficult to evaluate, so the research on placenta is not deep enough. Ultrasound imaging technology has the potential to improve our ability to screen for placental insufficiency related diseases and improve the monitoring and treatment of patients with complex obstetrics. This paper reviews the current clinical and preclinical ultrasound methods that can be used to evaluate placental function, with emphasis on the emerging imaging modes, which provide high contrast and sensitivity for multimodal functional and molecular imaging of placenta. It provides guidance for the development of a new ultrasound imaging system for evaluating placental function.
