摘　　要：开展乡镇档案工作有助于夯实乡村文化根基,推动乡村地区“扶志”“扶智”事业,促进乡风文明建设。有效服务乡村文化振兴的乡镇档案工作是一项由多元主体推动落实村史档案、非遗档案、红色档案和少数民族档案建设,且涉及治理体系、资源体系、利用体系和安全体系的系统工程,其实现需要各主体协同配合、资源集散有度、成果广推普惠。Carrying out Township archives work will help consolidate the foundation of rural culture,promote the cause of supporting ambition and supporting wisdom in rural areas,promote the construction of rural civilization.The township archives work that effectively serves the revitalization of rural culture is a systematic project that promotes the construction of village history archives,Intangible cultural heritage archives,red archives and ethnic minority archives by multiple subjects,and involves the governance system,resource system,utilization system and security system.Its implementation requires the cooperation of all subjects,the distribution of resources and the wide promotion of benefits.
