摘 要:为改善硫氧镁水泥(MOS)耐水性差的问题,引入了铝凝胶相(AH_(3)),研究了铝酸盐水泥(CAC)掺量对MOS凝结时间、抗压强度以及水化产物相组成的影响.结果表明:CAC可明显缩短MOS的凝结时间,并提升其抗压强度和耐水性;掺加CAC后,MOS水化产物中出现了新的水化相CAH10、镁钙矾石相(3CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·3Mg(OH)_(2)·(30~32)H_(2)O)、AH_(3)和C_(3)AH_(6);掺加5%~15%CAC时,MOS中水化产物5·1·7相的含量增加,MgO、Mg(OH)_(2)含量减少;掺加10%CAC时,空气养护28 d后MOS的抗压强度提升了25.11%,5·1·7相的含量提升了36.85%;浸水养护28 d后,5·1·7相的含量提升了51.86%,耐水性最好,强度保留系数达到0.99;掺加CAC使体系中生成了3CaO·Al_(2)O·33Mg(OH)·(230~32)H_(2)O和AH_(3),促进了MgO的后期水化并消耗了体系中的Mg(OH)2,但是CAC掺量超过20%时会出现水榴石反应,大量CAH10转化为C_(3)AH_(6),导致强度严重倒缩.In order to improve the poor water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOS),aluminum gel phase(AH_(3))was introduced.The effect of calcium aluminate cement(CAC)content on setting time,compressive strength and hydrate phase composition of MOS was studied.The results show that CAC can significantly shorten the setting time of MOS and improve its compressive strength and water resistance.After incorporation of CAC,new hydration phase CAH_(10) and mvetalite phase(3CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·3Mg(OH)_(2)·(30-32)H_(2)O),AH_(3)appear in MOS hydration products.When 5%-15%CAC is added,the content of 5·1·7 phase of hydration product increases,while the content of MgO and Mg(OH)_(2)decreases.When 10%CAC is added,the compressive strength and the content of 5·1·7 phase increases by 25.11%and 36.85%respectively after 28 days of air curing,and 51.86%of 5·1·7 phase content increases after immersion curing for 28 days,with the best water resistance and strength retention coefficient of 0.99.The addition of CAC results in the formation of 3CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·3Mg(OH)_(2)·(30-32)H_(2)O and AH_(3)in the system,which promotes the later hydration of MgO and consumed Mg(OH)_(2)in the system.However,when the content of CAC is more than 20%,there will be a reaction of garnet,and a large amount of CAH10 will be transformed into C_(3)AH_(6),which will lead to severe strength inversion.
