摘  要:采用专业焊接软件对3mm厚5A05铝合金角接接头熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)的焊接过程进行仿真模拟,优化其焊接参数范围;对不同焊接参数下焊接过程中温度场、应力场及焊接变形情况进行研究与对比分析。结果表明:焊接过程中温度主要沿焊缝距离呈梯度分布,热输入在238.9~500 J/mm范围内可以实现3mm厚5A05铝合金角接焊缝的熔透成形;减小焊接热输入有利于降低焊接过程中的等效应力,且随着焊接热输入的减小,总变形量有所减小。The professional welding software was used to simulate MIG fillet welding process of 5 A05 aluminum alloy with 3 mm thickness,in order to optimize the welding parameter.The temperature field,stress field and welding deformation under different welding parameters were compared and analyzed.The results show that the temperature in the welding process is mainly distributed along the distance of the weld seam,and the heat input range of 238.9~500 J/mm can realize the penetration forming of 3 mm thick 5 A05 aluminum alloy fillet weld.It is beneficial to reduce the equivalent stress by reducing the heat input in the welding process,and the total deformation tends to decrease as the heat input decreases.
