摘  要:为提高环氧树脂改性丙烯酸酯乳液的综合性能,首先利用丙烯酸酯化环氧树脂制得不饱和环氧树脂中间体(EM),然后以EM、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,采用阳离子乳液聚合法制备改性乳液。研究酯化反应中丙烯酸用量对制备EM的影响及乳液聚合时EM用量对乳液涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当丙烯酸与环氧树脂的摩尔比为1.1∶1时时,可制得环氧值理想的EM;当EM用量达到30%(占单体质量分数)时,涂膜硬度可达2H,附着力为1级,吸水率为1.43%,腐蚀电流为2.48×10^(-6)A,腐蚀电位为-0.8901V,耐盐雾时间达360h,贮存稳定性良好,综合性能较好。In order to improve the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin modified acrylate emulsion,first,the unsaturated epoxy resin intermediate(EM)is prepared by acrylated epoxy resin,and then modified emulsion is prepared by cationic emulsion polymerization using EM,butyl acrylate,styrene,and methyl methacrylate as monomers.The influence of the amount of acrylic acid in the esterification reaction on the preparation of EM and the influence of the amount of EM in the emulsion polymerization on the properties of the emulsion film were studied.The results show that when acrylic acid:epoxy resin=1.1∶1(molar ratio),EM with ideal epoxy value can be obtained;when the amount of EM reaches 30%(percentage of monomer),the hardness of the coating film can reach 2 H,the adhesion is level 1,the water absorption is 1.43%,the corrosion current is 2.48×10^(-6)A,the corrosion potential is-0.8901 V,the salt spray resistance time is up to 360 h,the storage stability is good,and the overall performance is good.
