摘 要:高速切削过程中,在热力耦合综合作用下,加工表面会产生白层;白层有较高脆性易形成裂纹,引起早期剥落失效或成为疲劳源,对工件的使用性能和寿命都有很大影响。本文以40CrNiMoA为研究对象,利用单一变量法进行高速切削试验,对加工表面进行金相分析,研究白层的微观特性。研究结果表明:进给量对白层厚度影响最大;工件已加工表面白层厚度增加会使工件表面粗糙度增加。In the process of high-speed cutting,white layer will be produced on the machined surface under the comprehensive action of thermal mechanical coupling.The white layer has high brittleness,easily to form cracks,cause early peeling failure or become a fatigue source,which has a great impact on the service performance and life of the workpiece.In this paper,40 CrNiMoA is taken as the research object,the high-speed cutting test is carried out by using the single variable method,the metallographic analysis of the machined surface is carried out,and the micro characteristics of the white layer are studied.The results show that the feed rate has the greatest influence on the white layer thickness;In addition,the increase of the thickness of the white layer on the machined surface of the workpiece will increase the surface roughness of the workpiece.
