摘 要:近年来海城河生态水量不足,难以保障水生态系统稳定发展。本文对海城河不同生态保护目标的生态需水量进行计算和分析,采用Tennant法计算保障河道生态基流的需水量,基于鱼类健康生存条件计算保障河流生态系统健康发展的生态需水量,采用环境功能设定法计算河流的各环境功能需水量。计算结果表明:保障河道生态基流的生态需水量为0.88×10^(8)m^(3),保障河道内全部环境功能的生态需水量为1.72×10^(8)m^(3),保障河流生态系统健康发展的生态需水量为3.04×10^(8)m^(3);近十年海城河的生态基流需水量可以得到基本满足,水生态系统稳定发展的最佳需水量满足度较低。In recent years,the lack of ecological water in Haicheng River makes it difficult to ensure the steady development of water ecosystem.In this paper,the demand of Haicheng River for ecological water is calculated and analyzed for different ecological protection objectives,the Tennant method is used to calculate the basic demand of river courses for water flow.The demand of river ecosystem for ecological water was calculated based on fish healthy living conditions.The environmental function setting method is adopted to calculate the water demand of each environmental function of the river.The calculation results show that:the demand for ecological water to ensure the basic flow demand of the river is 0.88×10^(8)m^(3),the demand for ecological water to ensure all environmental functions in the river is 1.72×10^(8)m^(3),the optimal demand for water to ensure the stable development of the aquatic ecosystem is 3.04×10^(8)m^(3).In recent ten years,the ecological water requirement of the basic flow of Haicheng River can be basically satisfied,but the optimal water requirement of the stable development of water ecosystem is low.
