区际贸易、技术外溢关联性研究——以西部地区为例的实证分析

摘　　要：受制于发展状况和经济水平的差异,我国国内区际贸易过程中,伴随着大量无形技术外溢情况,技术的溢出与吸收进程影响了区域内部的自主创新机制。基于我国三大经济地区的R&D存量视角,分别考察了区际贸易过程中的技术外溢对区域自主创新的影响情况,并以西部地区为主视角,考察了技术外溢的渠道效应。研究发现:(1)不同渠道的技术溢出产生的影响并不一致,区际贸易技术外溢渠道显著增强了区域自主创新能力,且在滞后期依然具备显著正向作用;外部投资技术外溢仅在滞后一期显著增强区域内部创新能力,滞后期不存在显著作用;区域内部R&D存量对自主创新的影响并不显著。(2)不同地区的区际贸易向西部地区产生的技术外溢具备显著的差别,东部地区区际贸易技术外溢显著促进了西部地区自主创新水平的提升;中部地区区际贸易技术外溢仅在短期内显著促进西部地区自主创新水平,但在长期转换为显著负效应。(3)研究进一步考察了西部地区对内贸易形成的R&D投资作用,发现西部内部区际贸易R&D投资显著提升了区域自主创新水平,但作用效果远小于外部区际贸易形成的技术外溢作用。Due to the differences in development status and economic level,the process of China's domestic inter-regional trade is accompanied by a large number of intangible technology spillover,and the process of technology spillover and absorption affects the independent innovation mechanism within the region.Based on the perspective of R&D stock in three major economic regions of China,this paper investigates the impact of technology spillover in the process of inter-regional trade on regional independent innovation,and analyzes the channel effect of technology spillover from the perspective of western China.The results show that:(1)The influence of technology spillover through different channels is not consistent.The technology spillover through inter-regional trade significantly enhances the regional independent innovation ability,and still has a significant positive effect in the lag period;The technology spillover of external investment only significantly enhances the internal innovation ability of the region in the lag period,but has no significant effect in the lag period.The influence of internal R&D stock on independent innovation is not significant.(2)The technology spillover from the interregional trade to the western region has significant differences.The technology spillover from the interregional trade in the eastern region significantly promotes the improvement of the independent innovation level in the western region.The technology spillover of interregional trade in the central region can only significantly promote the independent innovation level in the western region in the short term,but it turns into a significant negative effect in the long term.(3)The research further investigates the effect of R&D investment on internal trade in western China,and finds that the R&D investment in internal inter-regional trade in western China significantly improves the level of regional independent innovation,but the effect is far less than the technology spillover effect formed by external inter-regional trade.
