摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展与进步,信息化技术也越来越成熟。在此背景下,我国开始尝试将图书管理和互联网技术结合起来,建立起以数据库标准信息化为特征的图书馆文献资料管理系统。目前,我国虽建立了图书信息资源共享与管理系统,但其中存在的问题不容小觑。应立足于图书馆地方文献管理实际,运用相关理论对互联网环境下图书馆地方文献数字化管理诸多问题和切实可行路径进行研究与探析,进而提升图书馆的服务质量和图书资源的利用率。With the development and progress of Internet technology,information technology is becoming more and more mature.Under this background,China began to try to combine the book management and Internet technology to set up a library document management system characterized by database standard informatization.At present,although China has established the book information resource sharing and management system,the existing problems can not be underestimated.Based on the practice of library local literature management,this paper analyzes the problems and approaches of library local literature digital management in the Internet environment by using relevant theories,aiming to improve the service quality of library and the utilization rate of library resources.
