摘  要:用氢氧化钠将丁二酰亚胺制备成其钠盐,接着与肉桂酰氯反应,制备得到1-肉桂酰基吡咯烷-2.5-二酮,收率80%。苯基取代的1-肉桂酰基吡咯烷-2.5-二酮也能以优秀的收率得到。以1-肉桂酰基吡咯烷-2.5-二酮类为底物,高收率制备得到了咔啉酮和吡唑并δ-内酯。Succinimide was transformed its sodium salt with sodium hydroxide, and then reacted with cinnamoyl chloride to deliver 1-cinnamoylpyrrolidine-2.5-dione with a yield of 80%. Substituted 1-cinnamoylpyrrolidine-2.5-diones were also obtained in excellent yields. Applying 1-cinnamoylpyrrolidine-2.5-diones as substrates, carbolinone and pyrazole-fused δ-lactone were successfully prepared in high yields, respectively.
