摘 要:简述了黔希化工年产30万t乙二醇项目CO变换单元工艺流程,分析了变换单元开车导气过程中和催化剂运行前期变换炉床层超温的原因;介绍了变换炉超温的几种工艺优化方法即改变催化剂装填方式、降低导气过程中反应物CO浓度、缩短原料气与催化剂的接触时间和调整上下床层进气量。通过优化使变换炉温度得到有效控制,为延长催化剂使用寿命提供现实参考。The process flow of CO conversion unit of Qianxi Chemical′s annual output of 300,000 t ethylene glycol project was briefly introduced, and the reasons for the overheating of the shift hearth during the gas conduction process of the conversion unit and in the early stage of catalyst operation were analyzed.A process optimization method: changing the catalyst loading method, reducing the CO concentration of the reactant in the gas conduction process, shortening the contact time between the feed gas and the catalyst, and adjusting the intake air volume of the upper and lower beds.Through optimization, the temperature of the shift furnace can be effectively controlled, which provides a realistic reference for prolonging the service life of the catalyst.
