摘　　要：分析了KD0NAr-48000-43600-1350型空分装置在氩系统试运行过程中出现一系列问题的原因,提出了预防氩系统发生这些问题的措施;同时还分析了前期氩系统无法生产精氩的原因,以及后面所采取的处理措施,提出了空分冷箱在原始设计的一些建议,以减少设计的缺陷,保证今后能稳定运行。The reasons for a series of problems during the trial operation of the argon system in the KD0 NAr-48000-43600-1350 air separation unit were analyzed, and measures to prevent these problems from occurring in the argon system were put forward. At the same time, it was also analyzed that the argon system in the early stage could not produce refined argon The reasons for this, as well as the treatment measures taken later, put forward some suggestions on the original design of the air separation cold box to reduce the defects of the design and ensure stable operation in the future.
