摘  要:为探究黄野螟(Heortia vitessoides)幼虫的行为学特征,促进黄野螟无公害防治,以4龄黄野螟幼虫为研究对象,分析幼虫的取食偏好,利用野外及室内饲养观察分析黄野螟幼虫期的行为特征,采取不同温度条件分析幼虫在不同条件下的耐饥饿指数,采用浸叶法分析药剂对幼虫的致死效果。结果表明,黄野螟幼虫在防卫和化蛹时存在吐丝行为;偏好土沉香(Aquilaria sinensis)嫩叶,取食嫩叶幼虫的相对生长率和食物转化率均显著大于取食老叶幼虫。在10℃温度下,幼虫存活率最高;在25和30℃温度下,幼虫存活率较低。乙基多杀菌素和乙多·甲氧酰肼对黄野螟幼虫具有显著的毒杀效果。In order to explore behavior of Heortia vitessoides larva and promote pollution-free control, taking feeding preference of fourth instar H. vitessoides larva as materials, behavior characteristics of larva were analyzed by field and indoor feeding observation, and starvation resistance index of larva under different conditions was analyzed under different temperature conditions. Lethal effects of 7 insecticides on larva were analyzed by leaf soaking method. Results showed that there were silking behaviors at larval stage of H. vitessoides, when they felt to defend themselves and prepared for pupariation. H. vitessoides larva preferred Aquilaria sinensis young leaves. Relative growth rate and food conversion rate of larva feeding on young leaves were significantly greater than those of larva feeding on mature leaves. Survival rate of larva was the highest at 10 ℃ and lower at 25 and30 ℃. Spinetoram and spinetoram·methoxyfenozide had significant toxic effects on H. vitessoides larva.
