摘 要:为了满足深井、超深井对钻井液处理剂抗高温抗盐性能的需要。分别使用水溶液聚合技术和反相乳液聚合技术,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)三种单体为原料,合成了水基钻井液用抗高温抗盐降滤失剂。室内评价结果表明,反相乳液聚合法合成的产物在抗温抗盐能力方面显著优于水溶液聚合法合成的产品。合成的降滤失剂抗温240℃,抗NaCl至饱和,具有良好的高温稳定性和降失水能力。在大庆油田宋深9-平1井等3口深井的现场应用表明,该产品具有作用时效长、配伍性好、降滤失能力强、高温条件下流型稳定等优点,有效保障了大庆探区高温深井的顺利施工。与设计相比,所施工的3口井共计提前16.2天完钻,共计节约钻机日费和钻井液成本60.588万元,具有广阔的推广应用前景。In order to meet the needs of deep and ultra-deep wells for high temperature and salt resistance of drilling fluid treatment agents.2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAM),and N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP)were prepared using aqueous solution polymerization technology and inverse emulsion polymerization technology,respectively.)three monomers are used as raw materials to synthesize high temperature and salt resistant filtrate reducer for water-based drilling fluid.The indoor evaluation results show that the products synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization are significantly better than those synthesized by aqueous polymerization in terms of temperature resistance and salt resistance.The synthetic fluid loss reducer can resist temperature up to 240℃,resist NaCl to saturation,and has good high temperature stability and water loss reducing ability.The field application in three deep wells including Well Songshen 9-Ping 1 in Daqing Oilfield shows that the product has the advantages of long acting time,good compatibility,strong filtration loss reduction ability,and stable flow pattern under high temperature conditions,which effectively guarantees the high temperature in the Daqing exploration area.The smooth construction of deep wells.Compared with the design,the three wells constructed were drilled 16.2 days ahead of schedule,saving a total of 605,880 yuan per day for drilling rigs and drilling fluid costs,which has broad prospects for promotion and application.
