摘  要:根据现场调研,大庆油田注水系统采用注水站—配水间—单井的建设模式,其中配水间采用人工单井调控方式,配水间存在着注水精度不够、夜间注水无人监控、注水误差大等问题,影响精细注水要求。针对此问题,依据配水间的建设情况,提出配水间自动调控技术,采用高压流量控制装置,调整现场注水量,并在现场开展试验应用,选择流量波动较大,注水效果较差的配水间进行试验,并多时段跟踪测试、验证效果,设备使用后,控制精度提升53.57%,控制效果良好,单井可节约水量14.46 m^(3),可实现单井节约费用3.54万元。According to the field investigation,the water injection system in Daqing oilfield adopts the construction mode of water injection station,water distribution room and single well,in which the water distribution room adopts the artificial single well regulation mode.There are some problems in the water distribution room,such as insufficient water injection precision,no monitoring of water injection at night,and large water injection error,which affect the requirements of fine water injection.Aiming at this problem,according to the situation of water distribution between construction,put forward water distribution between automatic control technology,using high pressure flow control device,adjusting the water injection,and to carry out the test in site application,choose the flow fluctuation is bigger,the water injection effect experiment of poor water injection,and more time tracking test,verify the effect,after equipment use,53.57%increase control precision,The control effect is good,the water can be saved by 14.46 m3 per well,and the cost can be saved by 35400 yuan per well.
