油田大中型工程复印机的节能技术改造

摘  要:大中型工程复印机是油田企业的一种重要能耗设备。针对大中型工程复印机存在设备空载率高、系统能源利用效率低、设备故障频繁、供电电源质量差等问题,提出采取设计电源使用控制方案、选用ATX开关电源、控制工程复印机的显示亮度、设计安装电源滤波器、设计USB端口的外围设备供电电路等节能技术改造措施。实施节能技改措施后,1台中型工程复印机的负荷率由改造前的38.3%提高到目前的79.9%,提高了41.6%;有功功率由改造前的3.98 kW下降到改造后的2.12 kW,下降了1.86 kW;无功功率由改造前的4.69 kVar下降到改造后的2.36 kVar,日耗电量由改造前的95.52 kWh下降到改造后的50.88 kWh,节能效果明显。Large and medium-sized engineering copier is an important energy consumption equipment in oilfield enterprises.In view of the problems of large and medium-sized copiers,such as high empty load rate,low energy efficiency,frequent equipment failures and poor quality of power supply,the design power supply is proposed.Source use control scheme,ATX switching power supply,control engineering photocopier display brightness,design and install power filter,design USB port peripheral equipment power supply circuit and other energy-saving technical transformation measures.After the implementation of energy-saving technical reform measures,the load rate of a medium-sized engineering copier increased from 38.3%to 79.9%,increased by 41.6%;Active power decreased from 3.98kW before modification to 2.12 kW after modification,decreasing by 1.86 kW;The reactive power decreases from 4.69 kVar before the transformation to 2.36 kVar after the transformation,and the daily power consumption decreases from 95.52 kWh before the transformation to 50.88kwh after the transformation,showing obvious energy-saving effect.
