摘 要:随机振动疲劳失效是汽车零部件产品主要失效模式之一,传统设计经验存在优化方向不确定等缺点,从而导致产品的过设计。为此,文章主要结合Abaqus有限元分析软件,以燃油箱为研究对象,基于扫频法,对标试验与仿真加速度频响峰值,确定仿真阻尼参数大小,随后基于该阻尼参数大小,进行燃油箱随机振动仿真,获得绑带Rmises应力,初步评判失效风险,并根据频响峰值处振型优化绑带结构,最后进行燃油箱随机振动验证,结果表明,优化后的绑带结构强度较高,未发生疲劳断裂现象,研究结果对产品设计提供了优化方向,降低了开发成本,缩短了开发周期。Random vibration fatigue failure is one of the main failure modes of automobile parts,traditional design experience has some disadvantages,such as uncertain optimization direction,which leads to over design of products.In this paper,taking the fuel tank as the research object,Abaqus software is used to get simulation acceleration frequency response peak value based on the sweep frequency method and compare this value with test to determine the value of damping parameters,then the random vibration of the fuel tank is simulated using this value to obtain the Rmises stress of straps,we can evaluation of failure risk based on this.According to the vibration mode at the peak frequency response,the strap structure is optimized.Finally,the random vibration of the fuel tank is verified.The results show that the optimized strap structure has high strength and no fatigue fracture.The research results provide the optimization direction for product design,reduce the development cost and shorten the development lifecycle.
