摘 要:为获得良好光电化学性能的TiO_(2)半导体复合膜,采用Bi_(2)S_(3)和CdSe对TiO_(2)纳米管膜进行共修饰。以阳极氧化法在Ti表面先制备TiO_(2)纳米管膜,再通过恒电流电沉积和连续离子层吸附反应在纳米管表面依次沉积CdSe和Bi_(2)S_(3),构建了具有级联能带结构的Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe共修饰的TiO_(2)纳米管复合膜。结果表明,Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe/TiO_(2)纳米管复合膜对可见光吸收显著增强,光电化学性能大幅度提高。白光照射下,复合膜的光电流密度为670μA·cm^(-2),达到了纯TiO_(2)纳米管膜的17.6倍。Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe/TiO_(2)复合膜作为光阳极可使0.5 mol·L^(-1) NaCl溶液中的403不锈钢的电位相对于腐蚀电位下降690 mV,显示出良好的光电化学阴极保护效应。In this work,Bi_(2)S_(3) and CdSe were used to modify a TiO_(2) nanotube film for obtaining a Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe/TiO_(2) composite film with enhanced photoelectrochemical performance.The TiO_(2) nanotube array film was fabricated on a Ti foil by anodic oxidation.CdSe was formed on the TiO_(2) nanotube film by constant current electrodeposition,and then Bi_(2)S_(3) was prepared on the binary CdSe/TiO_(2) composite film by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction to obtain a Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe co-modified TiO_(2) nanotube composite film with a cascade band structure.The results showed that the Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe/TiO_(2) nanotube composite film showed enhanced photoabsorption in the visible light range,and its photoelectrochemical performance was greatly improved.Under white light illumination,the photocurrent density of this ternary composite film reached 670μA·cm^(-2),which was about 17.6 times that of the TiO_(2) nanotube film.The Bi_(2)S_(3)/CdSe/TiO_(2) composite film could provide excellent photoelectrochemical cathodic protection for 403 stainless steel(403SS)in a 0.5 mol·L^(-1) NaCl solution,and reduced the potential of 403SS by 690 mV relative to its corrosion potential.
