Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl:Phase Transition and Hydrogen Production by Photocatalytic Water⁃Splitting

摘  要:采用高温熔盐法制备了Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl单晶。单晶X射线衍射分析表明Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl从室温到低温发生晶体到晶体的相变。室温下,该化合物(α相)属于单斜空间群P2_(1)/m(11),单胞参数:a=1.14910(7)nm,b=0.54064(4)nm,c=1.46369(9)nm,β=93.741(6)°,V=0.90738(10)nm^(3);而在100 K下,该化合物(β相)属于单斜空间群P2_(1)/n(14),单胞参数:a=1.79056(4)nm,b=0.538870(10)nm,c=1.91557(4)nm,β=103.693(2)°,V=1.79576(6)nm^(3)。另外,采用高温固相反应法,合成了高纯的Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl粉末样品,该样品展示了较好的光催化产氢性能,产氢量可达33.69μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1)。Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl crystals were prepared by the high-temperature molten salt method.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction data analyses demonstrated that Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl can undergo a crystal-to-crystal phase transition from room temperature to low temperature.At room temperature,this compound(α-phase)crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2_(1)/m(11)with unit cell parameters a=1.14910(7)nm,b=0.54064(4)nm,c=1.46369(9)nm,β=93.741(6)°,V=0.90738(10)nm^(3).And at 100 K,it(β-phase)crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2_(1)/n(14)with unit cell parameters a=1.79056(4)nm,b=0.538870(10)nm,c=1.91557(4)nm,β=103.693(2)°,V=1.79576(6)nm^(3).Additionally,high pure powder samples of Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl were synthesized using solid-state reaction method,which exhibited promising performance in photocatalytic water splitting to produce H_(2),the H_(2)evolution rates reached 33.69μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1).CCDC:2128785,α-phase Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl;2145491,β-phase Bi_(9)P_(2)O_(18)Cl.
