武都灌区末级渠系节水改造研究

摘　　要：末级渠道是灌区灌溉工程中的重要关节,对于整体的灌区节水方面有较大的影响。目前,灌区末级渠系的节水改造问题仍然为水利工程发展的短板,存在着工程老化失修明显、相关的投入力度不足、缺乏管护体系等问题。为了进一步加快灌区水利事业的发展,推动水价改革措施的实施,本文以武都灌区末级渠系节水改造为研究内容,对武都灌区农业节水中存在的问题进行了全面分析,从实况思路与管理机制两方面出发提出了改造措施,对武都引水一期在灌区农业节水渠系改造方面进行了全方位规划,旨在为武都灌区末级渠系节水改造提供一定的参考。The final channel is an important joint in the irrigation project of the irrigation area,which has a great influence on the overall water saving of the irrigation area.At present,the problem of water-saving renovation of the endcanal system in the irrigation area is still a shortcoming in the development of water conservancy projects.In order to further accelerate the development of water conservancy in the irrigation area and promote the implementation of water price reform measures;this paper takes the water-saving transformation of the end-canal system in Wudu irrigation area as the research content,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in agricultural water saving in Wudu irrigation area.Based on two aspects of thinking and management mechanism,reform measures are put forward,and comprehensive planning is made for the transformation of agricultural water-saving canal system in Wudu irrigation area for the first phase of water diversion,which aims to provide a certain reference for water-saving transformation of endlevel canal system in Wudu irrigation area.
