摘　　要：本文提出开展2020年度苏州市污染防治专项资金项目绩效自评价工作的背景,详细讲述了工作具体开展情况,主要包括确立工作目标、分析项目实施情况、评价项目管理成效。总结自评价工作过程中发现的问题并对今后工作的开展提出建议,为各市开展市级环保专项资金项目绩效自评价相关工作提供一定参考。This paper first forward the background of the self-evaluation of the performance of pollution prevention and control in Suzhou in 2020,and then describes the specific development of the work in detail,mainly including the establishment of work objectives,analysis of the project implementation and evaluation of the project management results.Summarize the problems found in the process of self-evaluation work and put forward suggestions for the future work,to provide some reference for the performance self-evaluation of municipal environmental protection special fund projects.
