浅谈首件鉴定在实践中的应用

摘　　要：首件鉴定是产品研制、生产过程中重要的质量管理活动之一,是对产品试制、复产、生产工艺有效性评价的常用方法。通过首件鉴定先梳理研制过程再将其固化,保证制造过程能够持续有效地生产出质量稳定、符合设计要求的产品。本文介绍了首件鉴定的定义、范围及实施要求,并且综合工作实际,根据工作经验指出了在首件鉴定具体实施中主要存在的问题和应该注意的事项。The first article qualification is one of the important quality management activities in the process of product development and production.It is a common method to evaluate the effectiveness of trial-manufacture;re-production and production process.Through the identification of the first piece,the development process is sorted out and then solidified to ensure that the manufacturing process can continue to produce stable quality and meet the design requirements of the product.This paper introduces the definition,scope and implementation requirements of the first article qualification,and points out the main problems and matters needing attention in the concrete implementation of the first article qualification based on the actual work and experience.
