摘　　要：本文通过冷轧重卷机组卷取机卷筒的改造,阐述了橡胶套筒在冷轧带钢重卷生产线上的运用,以及在设计时应注意的问题和要求。This article describes the application of rubber sleeves on the cold-rolled steel strip re-coiling production line,as well as the problems and requirements that should be paid attention to in the design,through the transformation of the coiler drum of the cold-rolling and re-coiling unit.
