摘　　要：本文设计了一种基于PLC及博途WinCC平台开发的电力监控系统,采用S7-1200PLC为主控制器,通过组态的CM1241通信模块采集不同种类智能开关的数据,通过安装电流、电压传感器采集不具备通信功能的开关数据,开关分合闸由PLC采用通信或硬线方式集中控制,开发了博途WinCC控制HMI系统,实现了不同种类、品牌开关的集中电力监控,项目应用于济宁二号煤矿中央变电所低压系统,取得了良好的效果。This paper designs a power monitoring system based on PLC and Portal WinCC platform.The system uses s7-1200plc as the main controller,collects the data of different kinds of intelligent switches through the configured cm1241 communication module;collects the switch data without communication function through the installation of current and voltage sensors,and the opening and closing of switches are centrally controlled by PLC through communication or hard wire;Portal WinCC control HMI system has been developed to realize the centralized power monitoring of different types and brands of switches.The project has been applied to the low-voltage system of the central substation of Jining No.2 coal mine and achieved good results.
