摘　　要：在飞机飞行的过程中,所安装的各种设备都会在一定程度上受损。设备的体积不仅非常大,而且功率大,其在运行的过程中要保证质量,这直接关系到运行安全,所以做好机务维修工作非常必要。在进行机务维修的过程中会受到各种因素的影响,其中人为因素是需要高度重视的,这就需要具有针对性采用完善措施。本论文着重研究机务维修工作中的人为因素以及完善措施。During the flight of the aircraft,all kinds of equipment installed will be damaged to a certain extent.The size of the equipment is not only very large,but also the power is high.It must ensure the quality during the operation,which is directly related to the operation safety.Therefore,it is very necessary to do a good job in maintenance work.In the process of maintenance,it will be affected by various factors,among which human factors need to be highly valued,which requires targeted improvement measures.This dissertation focuses on the study of human factors and improvement measures in maintenance work.
