摘　　要：现如今,我国的经济水平在不断提高,人们的生活质量与生活水平都在不断进步,同时更高的生活质量也让城市中的消防问题不断扩大。在这种情况下,消防队就是城市发展的重要保障,只有大力支持消防队伍的建设与发展才能降低火灾对城市的危害。本文通过分析奉贤多种形式消防力量发展现状及存在的问题,探讨队伍发展建设的对策,推进多种形式消防救援队伍发挥有效作用,缓解当前消防救援力量不足,从而实现消防力量和灭火救援战斗力有效增长。Nowadays,China's economic level is constantly improving,and people's quality of life and living standards are constantly improving,at the same time,higher quality of life also expands the problem of fire protection in cities.In this case,the fire brigade is an important guarantee for urban development,only by vigorously supporting the construction and development of the fire brigade can we reduce the harm of fire to the city.This paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of various forms of fire forces in Fengxian,explore the countermeasures for team development and construction,promote various forms of fire rescue teams to play an effective role,alleviate the current shortage of fire rescue forces,so as to realize the effective growth of fire fighting force and fire fighting and rescue combat effectiveness.
