摘　　要：“三农”问题是关系国计民生的大事,是关系到全国14亿人口生活质量的关键,提升农民的文化素养,提高农民的职业教育水平,对于提高全民整体素质有着巨大影响。以农民合作社作为切入点和纽带,在农民的日常生产生活中提升农民的职业能力,让农民在务农过程中自觉掌握必要的职业技能,整合当地职业院校的师资和技术资源,形成农村职业教育与农民合作社的联动机制。The issue of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is a major event related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and the key to the quality of life of 1.4 billion people in China.Therefore,farmers account for one third of China's population.Improving farmers'cultural literacy and improving farmers1 Vocational education level have a great impact on improving the overall quality of the whole people.Take farmers'cooperatives as the starting point and link,integrate farmers'vocational education into agricultural production and daily life,let farmers consciously master necessary vocational skills in the process of farming,integrate teachers and technical resources of local vocational colleges,and form a linkage mechanism between farmers1 cooperatives and rural vocational education.
