摘 要:河南油田采油二厂稠油油经过30余年的开发和建设,已逐步形成了具有河南油田特点的稠油地面集输工艺和注汽系统。本研究通过优选管道保温材料、研制并应用隔热性管托、改进井口保温箱结构等措施降低注汽管网热损失,有效解决注汽管网散热损失大的问题,降低稠油开发运行成本,为河南油田的效益开发提供技术支撑,实现稠油热采的经济效益开发。After more than 30 years of development and construction of heavy oil in No.2 Oil Production Plant of Henan Oilfield,The heavy oil surface gathering and transportation technology and steam injection system with the characteristics of Henan oilfield have been gradually formed.In this study,some measures were taken,such as optimizing pipeline insulation material,developing and applying insulation pipe support,improving wellhead insulation box structure and so on,reduce the heat loss of steam injection pipe network,effectively solve the problem of large heat loss of steam injection pipe network.Reduce heavy oil development and operation costs,Provide technical support for the benefit development of Henan oilfield,realize the economic benefit development of heavy oil thermal recovery.
