摘　　要：本文从组织级项目管理成熟度模型(Organizational Project Management Maturity Model,简称OPM3)的基本原理出发,结合信息系统集成项目的特点,基于OPM3框架模型和实施等级构建项目管理能力成熟度指标体系和评价体系,并通过具体项目实施验证,取得了良好效果,为OPM3在信息系统集成项目中的应用实践提供了有益探索。In this article,the author uses the basic principle of Organizational Project Management Maturity Model(OPM3),and combine the characteristics of the information system integration project,construct the project management capability maturity indicator system and evaluation system based on OPM3 framework model and implementation level.This model has achieved favourable results through the implementation of practical projects,which provides beneficial exploration for the application of OPM3 in information system integration projects.
