摘　　要：某厂一期为2×600MW亚临界空冷燃煤机组,目前运行已达14年,每台机组采用40%BMCR的高低压二级串联旁路系统。高旁为40%额定容量,低旁为40%额定容量。高压旁路阀型号:HBSE280-250,厂家为美国CCI,介质为蒸汽,设计压力17.593 MPa,设计546℃。若高压旁路阀出现故障,则直接影响机组启动安全、经济运行,甚至造成机组无法正常启动。The first phase of a plant is a 2×600MW subcritical air-cooled coal-fired unit,which has been in operation for 14 years.Each unit adopts a 40% BMCR high and low pressure secondary series bypass system.The high side is 40% of the rated capacity,and the low side is 40%of the rated capacity.High pressure bypass valve model:HBSE280-250,the manufacturer is American CCI,the medium is steam,the design pressure is 17.593MPa,and the design is 546T.If the high pressure bypass valve fails,it will directly affect the safe and economical operation of the unit,and even cause the unit to fail to start normally.
