摘  要:高纯粉体材料中杂质多为含有铁磁性颗粒杂质,含铁杂质的去除主要采用人工使用磁棒在产品中搅拌除铁的磁选方式,人因影响较大,劳动强度大且效率低,易造成二次污染,粒度发生变化影响外观质量。改进含铁杂质去除工艺,改变物料磁选方式,采用抽屉式磁选器,通过多次磁选实验和X射线照射成像验证,除铁效果稳定,可显著减少人因影响,确保产品含铁杂质去除率,不影响产品质量,同时降低劳动强度、提高生产效率。The impurities in high-purity powder materials are mostly impurities containing ferromagnetic particles.The removal of iron-containing impurities mainly adopts the magnetic separation method of manually stirring and removing iron in the product with a magnetic bar,which is greatly affected by human factors,labor-intensive and low effi cient.It is easy to cause secondary pollution,and the change of particle size affects the appearance quality.Improve the removal process of iron-containing impurities,change the magnetic separation method of materials,use a drawer-type magnetic separator,and through multiple magnetic separation experiments and X-ray irradiation imaging verification,the iron removal effect is stable,which can significantly reduce the impact of human factors and ensure that the products contain iron impurities.Removal rate does not affect product quality,while reducing labor intensity and improving production effi ciency.
