摘 要:二维排样问题广泛存在于造船、金属板材下料、家具组装、皮革服装裁剪等加工制造业中,是一个典型的NP难组合优化问题[1]。当前主要研究领域为二维不规则零件在矩形板材内自动排料,但在现实中并非全部为矩形板材,异形板材相对于矩形板材更为复杂,其排料存在问题也更多。本文通过内外临界多边形来解决异形板材自动排料中最重要的零件定位问题。此外针对存在狭小区域或缺陷区域的异形板材自动排料出现的问题,本文基于一些排放经验,提出了解决方法,并且通过实例来验证。The two-dimensional draft problem is widely present in the processing and manufacturing of shipbuilding,metal plate,furniture assembly,leather clothing cutting and other processing and manufacturing.It is a typical NP diffi cult combined optimization problem.People's research objects are mainly rectangular complete sheets,while the automatic discharge study of sheet remaining materials is less.The shaped plate is more complicated relative to the rectangular sheet,which uses"NFP positioning"main ideas to realize two-dimensional irregular parts in the shaped sheet.In addition to the shaped sheets in a narrow region or defect area,this paper proposes a solution based on some emission experience,and verifies by examples.
