摘 要:为了有效判定轴流转桨式机组功率波动及异常振动原因,本文以机组开机后单向增负荷、满负荷后单向降低出力、不同机组间的差异对比数据为依据,结合对机组导叶和桨叶的电气反馈、机械反馈的排查结果,卡环与限位套存在松动或部分破裂脱落,可能是造成机组桨叶反馈与实际开度不一致、功率波动和异常振动的根本所在。为下一步机组运行及检修指明了方向。Abnormal power fluctuation and vibration is observed in a Kaplan hydro-turbine unit.Based on the analysis of the unit operation data under the one-way load increase condition after unit startup and the one-way load decrease condition from full load,and the comparison between different units,combined with the inspection results of the electrical and mechanical feedback of the guide vanes and blades,it is found that the looseness or partial breakage and shedding of the retaining ring and limit sleeve may be the basic reasons of the inconsistency between the feedback value and the actual opening of the blades,and the abnormal power fluctuation and vibration.The results provide a clear direction for the following unit operation and maintenance.
