摘  要:受油器是轴流转桨式机组水轮机的重要部件,老式受油器主要是结构最简单的三部浮动瓦结构,维护方便,但极易产生甩油、窜油、桨叶失调、压油泵启动频繁等故障。通过对受油器密封结构的改进探索,逐步进行优化,设计研发了一种新型自调试受油器密封结构,经在实际机组上运行表明,在切换负荷时可自适应调节,保证密封效果,有效解决了漏油情况。Oil receiver is an important part of Kaplan hydro-turbine generator unit.The old type oil receiver is usually of a simple three-part floating tile structure,which is convenient for maintenance but prone to various faults such as oil shedding,oil leakage,blade imbalance and frequent startup of the oil pressure pump.Thus,the sealing structure of the oil receiver is explored and optimized gradually.A novel self-commissioning sealing structure is developed.Practical operation of the developed sealing structure in actual units shows that it can adjust adaptively to ensure the sealing effect when the load is switched and effectively solve the oil leakage problem.
