基于Scopus数据库对骨质疏松性骨折近十年文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的初步分析骨质疏松性骨折的研究现状及最新进展,为该疾病预防、临床和科学研究提供一定参考。方法运用Scopus数据库为研究对象,根据引文分析法统计2011年1月1日至2020年12月31日近十年间以骨质疏松性骨折为主题相关文献,分析Scopus数据库收录骨质疏松性骨折领域研究的文献状况,包括文献发表出版年、归属学术机构、来源出版物、国家地区、研究方向及作者、基金资助、专利数等分布情况进行分析梳理。结果近十年中国骨质疏松性骨折在该数据库的发文量迅猛增长,文献发表位居全球第二位,对骨质疏松性骨折领域关注与研究力度方面进步非常快,成为快速发展和研发活跃国家,但中国的高产作者尚未进入全球前十位排名,中文刊物仅1种进入出版物排名前十。结论中国在此研究领域还有较大的努力空间,同时中国专利发明数在此领域也较少,因此值得在此方面加大创新研究力度以期有更多专利发明与运用。Objective To analyze the research status and the latest progress of osteoporotic fracture,and to provide reference for prevention,clinical and scientific research in this field.Methods Using the Scopus database as the research object,according to the citation analysis method,the relevant literatures on osteoporosis fracture from January 1,2011 to December 31,2020 were counted,and the literature status in the field of osteoporosis fracture included in the Scopus database was analyzed,including the publication year,academic institution,source publication,country and region,research direction and author,fund support and patent number and so on.Results During the past ten years,the number of articles published in the database of osteoporotic fracture in China had increased rapidly,ranking the second in the world,and the attention and research efforts in the field of osteoporotic fracture had made great progress.However,China′s prolific authors have not yet entered the global top ten rankings,and only one Chinese journal has entered the top ten.Conclusions China has become a country with rapid development and active research,but neither high-yield authors nor domestic journals have entered the top ten in the world,which indicates that there are still many problems in this research field in China.At the same time,the number of Chinese patent inventions in this field is also small,so it is worth to strengthen the innovation research in this area in order to have more patent inventions and applications.
