疏肝活血方联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴失眠患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝活血方联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴失眠患者的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月武穴市第一人民医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎伴失眠的患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用恩替卡韦分散片治疗,观察组采用恩替卡韦分散片加疏肝活血方治疗。比较2组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者HBV-DNA水平、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组均未出现不良反应。结论:采取恩替卡韦分散片联合疏肝活血方治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴失眠患者效果良好,可有效改善患者的肝功能和睡眠质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the value of entecavir dispersible tablets combined with Shugan Huoxue Decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B patients with insomnia.Methods:A total of 84 patients with chronic hepatitis B with insomnia were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with entecavir dispersible tablets.In the observation group,entecavir dispersible tablets were added to the Shugan Huoxue Decoction.Comparison the effect of the two groups.Results:The HBV-DNA level and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in either group.Conclusion:Entecavir dispersible tablets combined with Shugan Huoxue Decoction has good results in treating chronic hepatitis B patients with insomnia,which can effectively improve the liver function and sleep quality of patients,which is worth popularizing.
