摘  要:加强国际环境法教学的背景在于,国际环境法是我国开展环境外交的有力保障,是国际法新发展的典范,是法治人才培养机制变革的必然要求。当前,法学院的国际环境法教学因为受重视程度不够导致课程开设不理想、教学内容疏漏较多、教学方法存在短板和实践教学停滞不前而受到困扰。在对策上,建议抓住法学学科体系重构的机遇,做好课程开设的基础性工作。通过理论创新重构国际环境法基本理论,优化并增补教学内容,突出我国的实践经验。重视知识融合,采用跨学科的教学方法。拓展实践教学的手段,积极与政府、专家和企业界开展合作。如此,国际环境法教学将走向健康的发展道路。The background of strengthening the teaching of international environmental law is based on that international environmental law is a powerful guarantee of China to carry out environmental diplomacy and a typical model of the new development of international law and a requirement for the reform of the cultivation mechanism of rule-of-law talent.At present,the teaching of international environmental law in law schools are set with four obstacles.These obstacles include that the course has not been set up ideally due to the lack of attention;there are many omissions in the existing teaching content;the teaching method is flawed and the practical teaching is stagnant.With regard to the corresponding countermeasures,the author of this paper suggests that international environmental law should seize the opportunity for reconstructing the legal discipline system to manage the basic work about the course design and the teaching content should be optimized and supplemented by theoretical innovation and the practical experience of China should be highlighted.Law schools should expand the means of practical teaching and cooperate with the government,experts and business circle actively.In this way,the teaching of international environmental law will develop healthily in the future.
