银花痛风颗粒联合塞来昔布胶囊对急性痛风患者炎症因子的调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的:基于本团队前期已证明的银花痛风颗粒对湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的治疗作用,进一步就银花痛风颗粒联合塞来昔布胶囊对急性痛风患者炎症因子的调节作用机制进行探讨。方法:将2019年11月-2020年11月西安市中医医院收治的62例急性痛风患者随机分为中药组(银花痛风颗粒联合塞来昔布胶囊)和对照组(塞来昔布胶囊),每组31例。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分及血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)及血尿酸(SUA)水平。结果:治疗后,两组中医症候积分、SUA、IL-1β、IL-8与TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,对照组ESR水平低于治疗前,中药组ESR与CRP水平均低于治疗前,且中药组上述指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:银花痛风颗粒联合塞来昔布胶囊可以通过有效调节急性痛风患者促炎因子表达,改善炎症反应,降低血尿酸水平,从而改善急性痛风患者发病症状。Objective:Based on the previously proven therapeutic effect of Yinhua Tongfeng Granules on acute gouty arthritis on dampness-heat type,to further explore the regulatory mechanism of Yinhua Tongfeng Granules combined with Celebrex Capsules on inflammatory factors in patients with acute gout.Method:A total of 62 patients diagnosed with acute gout admitted to Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(Yinhua Tongfeng Granules combined with Celebrex Capsules)and the control group(Celebrex Capsules),31 cases in each group.The Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,the levels of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin 8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and serum uric acid(SUA)of two groups before and after treatment were were compared.Result:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and the levels of SUA,IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αin two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of ESR in the control group was lower than that before treatment,the levels of ESR and CRP in Chinese medicine group were lower than those before treatment,and above indicators of Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinhua Tongfeng Granules combined with Celebrex Capsules can effectively regulate the expression of pro-inflammatory factors in patients with acute gout,improve the inflammatory response,reduce the level of blood uric acid,and thus improve symptoms of acute gout patients.
