摘　　要：目的:分析他克莫司治疗急进性肾小球肾炎的效果及对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年9月佳木斯市中心医院收治的60例急进性肾小球肾炎患者,均使用他克莫司治疗。比较患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白量、尿红细胞计数、血清白蛋白含量、血清抗肾小球基底膜抗体(抗-GBM)、抗髓过氧化物酶抗体(ANCA-MPO)水平的变化,观察患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,患者24 h尿蛋白量、尿红细胞计数、血清白蛋白含量均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,患者抗-GBM、ANCA-MPO水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);患者治疗后出现1例心包积液、1例一过性高血压;治疗后,患者IL-10、IL-13水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:采用他克莫司治疗急进性肾小球肾炎,效果显著,可降低炎症因子的水平,具有较高的安全性,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of Tacrolimus in the treatment of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute glomerulonephritis admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected and treated with Tacrolimus.The changes of 24 h urinary protein,urinary red blood cell count,serum albumin content,serum anti glomerular basement membrane antibody(anti-GBM)and anti myeloperoxidase antibody(ANCA-MPO)before and after treatment were compared,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was observed.Result:After treatment,24 h urine protein,urine red blood cell count and serum albumin content of patients were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,anti-GBM and ANCA-MPO levels were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);pericardial effusion and transient hypertension occurred in 1 patient after treatment.After treatment,IL-10 and IL-13 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus is effective in the treatment of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis,can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,has high safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
