1100例初产妇妊娠期保健认知度及影响因素研究分析

摘　　要：目的:调查与分析1100例初产妇妊娠期保健认知度及影响因素。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年6月于葫芦岛市妇幼保健院产科分娩的初产妇1100例为研究对象,对其妊娠期保健认知度进行评估,使用多因素logistic回归分析探讨初产妇妊娠期保健认知度的影响因素。结果:总认知度为55.82%(614/1100)。多因素logistic回归分析显示:社会支持程度、文化程度、并发症、居住地、产前检查、年龄、配偶文化程度和月收入情况均为初产妇妊娠期保健认知度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇妊娠期保健认知度水平仍需提高,社会支持程度、文化程度、并发症、居住地、产前检查、年龄、配偶文化程度和月收入情况均为初产妇妊娠期保健认知度的影响因素,临床实践中要针对这些影响因素采取积极的干预措施。Objective:To investigate and analyze the awareness and influencing factors of pregnancy health care in 1100 primiparas.Method:From January 2018 to June 2021,a total of 1100 primiparas who delivered in the obstetrics department of Huludao Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.The awareness of pregnancy health care was evaluated.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of awareness of pregnancy health care.Result:The total recognition was 55.82%(614/1100).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that social support,educational level,complications,place of residence,prenatal examination,age,spouse’s educational level and monthly income were the influencing factors of primipara’s awareness of health care during pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The awareness level of pregnancy health care of primipara still needs to be improved.The degree of social support,educational level,complications,place of residence,prenatal examination,age,spouse’s educational level and monthly income are the influencing factors of pregnancy health care awareness of primipara.Active intervention measures should be taken according to these influencing factors in clinical practice.
