经典名方附子汤的处方考证

摘　　要：目的明确经典名方附子汤的处方组成、主治功效、用法用量等。方法梳理历代医学典籍及现代书籍、文献对附子汤的记载。结果其处方为附子二枚、茯苓三两、人参二两、白术四两、芍药三两,折合成现代剂量约为炮附子20 g、茯苓41.4 g、人参27.6 g、白术55.2 g、白芍41.4 g;用法用量为取处方中5味药,加水1600 mL,煎煮至600 mL,每日分3次温服;其功效为温经助阳、祛寒化湿,用于治疗寒湿内侵之身体骨节疼痛、恶寒肢冷等。结论对附子汤的处方进行考证,明确原方的剂量折算等问题,以期为附子汤制剂的开发、研究提供依据。Objective To clarify the prescription composition,main efficacy,usage and dosage of the classic famous prescription Fuzi Decoction.Methods The records of Fuzi Decoction in ancient and modern medical books and documents were sorted out.Results The prescription consists of 2 pieces(20 g)of Radix Aconiti carmichaeli,3 Liang(41.4 g)of Poria cocos,2 Liang(27.6 g)of ginseng,4 Liang(55.2 g)of Atractylodes macrocephala and 3 Liang(41.4 g)of Paeonia lactiflora.The usage and dosage are to take the 5 medicinal herbs,add water 1600 mL,be boiled to 600 mL,and take 3 times a day.Its effect is warming meridians and helping Yang,dispelling cold and dampness.The decoction is used to treat cold and dampness invading body bone pain,cold limbs and so on.Conclusion In order to provide basis for the development and research of Fuzi Decoction,this paper makes a textual research on the prescription,and clarifies the conversion of the dose of the original prescription.
