摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法同时测定仙茸壮阳口服液中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷4种成分的含量。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水;梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为270 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为10μL。结果朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷质量浓度分别在7.014~140.272、5.089~101.78、4.696~93.92、6.133~122.664μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r≥0.9996,平均加样回收率依次为97.07%、96.70%、97.64%、97.73%,RSD值依次为1.74%、1.26%、2.68%、1.99%。结论仙茸壮阳口服液中4种成分含量的测定方法可靠,可用于仙茸壮阳口服液的质量控制。Objective To develop a sensitive and reliable high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection method(HPLC-DAD)for the simultaneous determination of 4 components including icaridin A,icaridin B,icaridin C and icariin in Xianrong Zhuangyang Oral Liquid.Methods The analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a gradient elution of acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 270 nm,the column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10μL.Results Icaridin A,icaridin B,icaridin C and icariin showed good linear ranges of 7.014-140.272,5.089-101.78,4.696-93.92 and 6.133-122.664μg·mL^(-1),respectively,r≥0.9996;the recovery was 97.07%,96.70%,97.64% and 97.73% with RSD 1.74%,1.26%,2.68% and 1.99%,respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable.It can be used for the simultaneous determination of the 4 components in Xianrong Zhuangyang Oral Liquid.
