摘　　要：在当前的数字化时代背景下,绿色的建筑和网络设计理念也受到人们的普遍关注,因此,以往的设计方法便无法迎合目前住宅设计的需求。本文便依据目前城市居民对住宅环境、家居等方面的需求进行细化分析,从而研究得出住宅设计未来的发展方向,为后续的新型住宅设计工作提供一定的借鉴。In the background of the current digital age,the concept of green building and network design has also received widespread attention.Therefore,the previous design methods cannot meet the needs of current residential design.This article conducts a detailed analysis,based on the current urban residents’needs for residential environment and home furnishing,so as to study the future development direction of residential design and provide a certain reference for the follow-up new-type residential design work.
