摘　　要：海上探井试油测试期间产出的原油采用海上平台燃烧处理系统处理,存在较大的溢油风险;通过海上污油罐回收经拖轮运至陆地进行环保处理,受海况及污油罐吊装及输油速度影响,试油测试期间原油放喷产量受限。针对现有海上试油测试地面放喷流程及设备现状,对地面流程中原油缓存及原油回收方式进行优化,建立了产量与原油缓存量的关系,并通过原油高速外输技术,充分利用海上环保回收拖轮,形成了试油测试原油环保回收技术,实现了环保船实时回收,保障了高产条件下的测试放喷。该技术经20余口井实际应用,效果显著,满足环保碳排放要求。If the crude oil produced during the oil test in offshore exploration wells is flared on the offshore platform,the oil is very probable to spill.If the crude oil is collected into offshore slop tanks and then tugged to the land for environmental treatment,due to sea conditions,hoisting of slop tanks and oil delivery speed,the bleed output of crude oil is limited during oil test.Depending on the current surface bleeding process and equipment for offshore oil test,the crude oil buffer and crude oil recovery modes in the surface process were optimized,and the relationship between output and crude oil buffer was established.In addition,based on the high-speed crude oil export technology and using the offshore environmental recovery tug,the environmental recovery technology of crude oil from offshore oil test was formed.This technology can realize the real-time recovery of crude oil by environmental tug and ensure the test bleed under the condition of high yield.The technology has been applied in more than 20 wells with remarkable effects,proving that it meets the requirements of environmental protection and carbon emission.
