摘　　要：《资源描述与检索》(Resource Description and Access,RDA)自诞生之日起始终以成为适应数字环境发展的国际通用编目规则为己任,并通过完善治理结构,吸引更多国家和地区的参与,不断实现着国际化的目标。2015年,RDA治理结构开始变革,一个充分体现对RDA实行共同开发和共同管理的新格局逐步形成。此后,新的管理体系积极推动RDA的发展,产生了巨大影响。本文回顾了RDA治理结构的国际化发展历程,介绍了RDA组织体系的基本情况,通过几个主要地区RDA研究和实践的情况阐明了RDA治理结构国际化的巨大影响。最后,简要介绍了中国在RDA国际化过程中的经验做法,并对未来继续参与RDA国际发展提出了几点具体思路。Resource Description and Access(RDA)has always been taken as its responsibility to become an international general Cataloging Rule to adapt to the development of digital environment since its release.By improving the governance structure and attracting the participation of more countries and regions,RDA has continuously achieved the goal of internationalization.After years of planning,the RDA governance structure began the transition in 2015.A new pattern that fully reflects the joint development and management of RDA has gradually taken shape.Since then,the new governance system has actively promoted the development of RDA,and has made a huge impact on it.This article reviews the internationalization process of RDA governance structure,introduces the basic information of RDA organization system,and expounds the huge influence of the internationalization of the RDA governance through the RDA research and practice in some major regions.Finally,this article briefly introduces China’s experience and practices in the process of RDA internationalization,and puts forward some specific ideas for continuing to participate in the international development of RDA in the future.
