中国建筑业高质量发展水平区域差异及空间格局研究

摘　　要：为了解决我国现阶段建筑业与区域之间发展不平衡、不充分的问题,“十四五”规划对于我国建筑业的发展质量提出了更高要求。文章依据新发展理念构建了建筑业高质量发展水平指标体系,通过熵权TOPSIS计算了我国各省份的建筑业高质量发展水平;通过泰尔指数分析了区域差异,并进一步利用莫兰指数从全局和局部两个视角分析了我国建筑业高质量发展的空间布局。结果表明:我国建筑业高质量发展水平在不同地区差异明显,总体呈现“东高西低”,且随着时间变化总体上升趋势并不明显,同时依据泰尔指数的分解发现区域内差异是目前造成水平差异的主要因素。从莫兰指数的结果来看,我国建筑业具有一定的空间自相关性,并且在地理上呈现高—高集聚和低—低集聚情况,两极化趋势明显。因此,政府在进行政策引导时需要着重关注区域差异和空间结构。In order to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development between my country's current construction industry and regions,the"14th Five-Year Plan"has put forward higher requirements for the development quality of my country's construction industry.Based on the new development concept,this paper builds an index system for the high-quality development level of the construction industry,and calculates the high-quality development level of the construction industry in 31 provinces in my country through the entropy weight TOPSIS;The regional differences are analyzed through the Theil index,and the spatial layout of the high quality development of my country's construction industry is further analyzed from the global and local perspectives using the Moran index.The results show that the high-quality development level of my country's construction industry has obvious differences in different regions,and the overall trend is"high in the east and low in the west",and the overall upward trend is not obvious over time.The main factor causing the level difference.From the results of the Moran index,my country's construction industry has a certain spatial autocorrelation,and geographically presents high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration,and the trend of polarization is obvious.Therefore,the government needs to focus on regional differences and spatial structure when conducting policy guidance.
