摘 要:以降低河床采沙条件下桥梁基础安全风险为目的,建立基于区间直觉模糊集和TODIM的改进传统失效模式和影响分析(FMEA)风险评估模型。该模型综合考虑了决策环境的不确定性、模糊性以及决策者的心理行为。从风险的发生概率(O)、严重程度(S)、被探测的概率(D)三方面建立语言变量评估等级,获取模糊风险评估矩阵,利用专家评估法计算风险因子主观权重,利用基于指数加权的区间直觉模糊熵计算风险因子客观权重,通过线性加权得到风险因子综合权重,利用TODIM法计算相对权重、相对优势度、全局优势度来获取风险因素综合排序值。研究结果表明:该模型提高了传统FMEA法风险排序的准确性,可有效评估桥梁基础安全风险,具有较高实际应用价值。In order to reduce the safety risk of bridge foundation under the condition of riverbed sand excavation,an improved traditional failure mode and impact analysis(FMEA)risk evaluation model based on interval intuitionistic fuzzy set and TODIM is established.The model takes into account the uncertainty and fuzziness of the decision-making environment and the psychological behavior of decision-makers.The evaluation grade of language variable is established from three aspects of risk occurrence probability(O),severity(S)and detected probability(D),and the fuzzy risk evaluation matrix is obtained.The expert evaluation method is used to calculate the subjective weight of risk factor,the interval intuitionistic fuzzy entropy based on exponential weighting is used to calculate the objective weight of risk factor,and the comprehensive weight of risk factor is obtained by linear weighting.Then,the relative weight,relative dominance and global dominance are calculated by TODIM method to obtain the comprehensive ranking value of risk factors.The research results show that the model improves the accuracy of risk ranking of traditional FMEA method,can effectively evaluate the safety risk of bridge foundation,and has high practical application value.
