摘　　要：血液透析主要应用在对尿毒症患者的临床治疗中,受多种因素的影响,患者在接受诊治期间常常会出现血路管静脉壶堵塞的情况,该现象会影响整体诊疗目标,继而诱发患者机体出现失血问题,对诊治效果带来不利。与此同时为确保医治工作顺利开展,还需更换血路管、透析器等,无形之中增加了患者家庭负担,但若接受有效的护理干预则会将此问题有效规避,提升临床效果。基于此,文章将通过多种不同角度对堵塞原因展开分析,并结合目前护理研究进展做综述。Hemodialysis is mainly used in the clinical treatment of patients with uremia. Affected by many factors, patients often experience blood tube venous kettle blockage during diagnosis and treatment. This phenomenon will affect the overall diagnosis and treatment goals., which in turn induces patients bleeding problems, will bring adverse effect on the diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, in order to ensure the treatment work smoothly, blood duct and dialyzer need to be replaced, which increases the burden of patients’ families. However, if effective nursing intervention is accepted, this problem will be effectively avoided and clinical effect will be improved. Based on this, this paper will analyze the causes of blockage from a variety of different perspectives, and summarize the current progress of nursing research.
