银质针导热法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(knee oteoarthritis,KOA)是一种多见于中老年人的进行性退化性骨关节疾病,其起病缓慢,病因复杂,对中老年患者的生活及工作质量产生重大影响。银质针因具有消炎镇痛、修复损伤、提高生活质量等优点,在治疗膝骨关节炎长期临床实践运用广泛,疗效明显,且远期疗效满意。文章基于银质针治疗KOA的作用机制,从降低软组织张力及损伤修复、改善局部血流、镇痛、改善局部炎症等作用出发,总结银质针导热疗法治疗KOA的研究进展,为临床治疗提供参考。Knee oteoarthritis(KOA) is a progressive degenerative bone and joint disease commonly seen in the middle-aged and elderly. It has a slow onset and complex etiology, which has a significant impact on the quality of life and work of middle-aged and elderly patients. Silver needle is widely used in the long-term clinical practice of treating knee osteoarthritis because of its advantages of anti-inflammatory and analgesic, repairing injury and improving quality of life. Based on the mechanism of silver needle in the treatment of KOA, this paper summarizes the research progress of silver needle heat conduction therapy in the treatment of KOA from the effects of reducing soft tissue tension and damage repair, improving local blood flow, analgesia and improving local inflammation, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
